TimeEdit Lokal is a flexible room reservation system with support for many different types of resources. The system can very easily be adjusted to fit shifting needs and work flows without any expensive special development. With a continues development since the beginning of 90's, TimeEdit Lokal offers functionality well adjusted to the users' needs.
Quick and simple reservation
At its basics, TimeEdit Lokal is a powerful and easy to use reservation system where one main resource is reserved together with any number of other resources. One common field of application is to reserve rooms as the main resource together with other resources such as teachers and courses. The majority of functions can be access through the web. TimeEdit Lokal?s very flexible permission system makes it easy to control users and groups of users which resources they are allowed to reserve. There is also a built-in debiting system with individual pricing on resources, internal and external pricing, discounts and more.

TimeEdit Lokal is developed with user friendliness and functionality in mind. By using many year?s experience of room and resource reservation we have developed a system where several kinds of reservations quickly and easily can be made. TimeEdit Lokal is a graphical tool with a modern user interface. A reservation can be made both by using the keyboard and the mouse (ie drag n? drop). The software is self explaining and easy to get started with. The development team has a keen ear when it comes to feedback from the users.
 Easily accessible
Most of the functions can be access through the web interface. Users without reservation permissions can be allowed to order rooms on the web. A order can also contain criteria's such as desired region and number of seats, but the actual choice will be made by a authorized scheduler.
Built-in debiting
Built-in debiting with support for individual room pricing, price periods, internal and external pricing, rules for canceling reservations, discounts and more. One can also generate different kinds of debiting reports.
Print reports
TimeEdit Lokal contains many report types, among others several types of reservation combinations and debiting reports. These can be saved in PDF and Excel format directly from the client or the web interface. There also exist support for some common economy files that can be imported in most economy softwares.
 Search capabilities
Which rooms to display can be set directly in the main window. To search for free timeslots there exist two windows, one for simple searches and one for more advanced with several criteria's.
Flexible permission system
The permissions are built upon roles that have permissions such as reserve, cancel a reservation or administrate. Users and resources can be assigned these roles, individually or by groups. A user or a group of users can for example easily be given the permission to reserve some rooms, but only permission to order the others.
Several ways to make reservations
To fit as many ways of working as possible, TimeEdit Lokal offers several ways to make a reservation. One can use the graphical main window to look for free timeslots, or use the text based searching to let the system find a time for you. If one want make several similar reservations, the mass reservation function will let you do that easily.
 Language support
Today TimeEdit Lokal is available in Swedish, Danish and Norwegian. Thanks to a good architecture TimeEdit Lokal can easily be translated into other languages if desired.
