TimeEdit 3 contains graphic tools to simultaneously handle and book multiple resources such as people, premises, classes, equipment, etc., regardless of whether it concerns one or repeated occasions during a period. The scheduler has a complete overview of any obstacles and where it is possible to make new bookings. The system manages an unlimited number of complex booking tasks. The more difficult a booking task, the greater the need of TimeEdit 3.

Dynamic interface
TimeEdit 3 has a dynamic interface for creating calendar views. The user can decide how the calendar will present data. It is possible to create different views for different purposes and save them, and to work simultaneously with different views, which enables reality to be described in different ways.
Resource booking
TimeEdit Web is a part of TimeEdit 3. The interface is adapted for seldom users who want to take out their schedule or need to book a few resources, e.g. premises, equipment or similar on the odd occasion. With TimeEdit Web it is possible to set up simple booking environments for group rooms, computers, video conferences, etc. What may be booked and how much is easily controlled with the regulations in TimeEdit 3. User login to the system can be controlled by the existing authenticity system or directly in TimeEdit 3. TimeEdit Web is very flexible and dynamic and can be customised with interfaces for a variety of booking needs.
Language management
TimeEdit 3 supports language management and date viewing in Swedish and English. Norwegian will be added in spring 2011.
